REMco CRUSHING TEST SERVICES

Among the many services offered by REMco in its in-house test crushing lab that offers existing and prospective customers an opportunity to see how a given configuration of REMco VSI will perform with their stone. Once the test crushing is complete, REMco will custom configure a crusher to suit the specific needs of the material and provide its owner with the best all- around crushing performance for finished product tonnage, power usage and wear parts cost.

In order to have the test be completed promptly and accurately, please adhere to the following requirements:

Before shipping any material, complete the Test Request Form. On receipt, REMco will provide a Crushing Test Agreement with terms for your acceptance and completion.

3.

All shipping containers are to be clearly marked with the REMco test reference number. Make sure all containers are properly sealed and weather-tight.

4. All sample shipments MUST BE SENT FREIGHT PRE-PAID.   Samples received from outside the U.S. MUST HAVE DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORTATION CHARGES PAID.

REMco uses a Series 320 TestMax VSI with 75 HP and VFD drive for these tests. This crusher can be arranged in a wide variety of configurations for test purposes.
